Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of PlanMyReno (“the app”, “the service”), operated by Nathan Titterington, trading as AT DTC LIMITED (Company No. 17044546), registered at 82a James Carter Road, Mildenhall, Bury St. Edmunds, England, IP28 7DE (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using PlanMyReno, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

PlanMyReno is a renovation management app for iOS that helps homeowners plan and track home renovation projects. The app provides tools for budget tracking, trade management, scheduling, room planning, snagging lists, and note-taking.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use PlanMyReno. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

3. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your password with anyone. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at user@planmyreno.app.

4. Your data

You retain ownership of all data and content you enter into PlanMyReno. We do not claim any rights over your content. By using the service, you grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use PlanMyReno to store or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users’ accounts or our systems.

6. Availability & updates

We aim to keep PlanMyReno available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time.

7. Subscriptions & payments

PlanMyReno is currently free to download and use. We may introduce paid features or subscription plans in the future. If we do, we will give you clear notice of pricing and terms before any charges apply, and you will not be charged automatically for any feature that was previously free. All payments will be processed through the Apple App Store, subject to Apple’s standard subscription terms.

8. Limitation of liability

PlanMyReno is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or your violation of these terms.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Advertising and analytics

PlanMyReno uses anonymous product analytics (PostHog) to understand how the app is used and runs install attribution through Meta, Google, and TikTok advertising campaigns using Apple’s privacy-preserving SKAdNetwork framework. Details of what data is collected, how it is used, and your choices are set out in our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you via the app or by email. Continued use of PlanMyReno after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
